Malta, NY – Arnoff Moving & Storage / Arnoff Global Logistics celebrated its recent expansion at 10 Stonebreak Road in Malta with an official ribbon cutting, jointly presented by The Chamber of Southern Saratoga County and Saratoga County Chamber of Commerce.

During the ceremony Arnoff was awarded the Distinguished Partnership Award by Wildwood Programs, a local nonprofit that provides lifelong support to people with disabilities and their families. Guests were provided tours of the campus after the ceremony.

Along with business and community members, Malta Town Supervisor Mark Hammond, Saratoga Economic Development Corp, and representatives for Senator Jim Tedisco and Assemblywoman Carrie Woerner were in attendance.

The Arnoff Family is excited to mark this milestone in the development of the Arnoff Logistics Campus in Malta NY. With the opening of this facility, we have expanded our capacity to serve our client base and helped ensure that a local manufacturer kept its distribution center here in Saratoga County rather than move out of state," says Dan Arnoff, Chief Relationship Officer. "We are marking this next step as our new warehouse opens while looking forward to continuing to develop our campus with additional buildings and expansion planned in the future.”

Officially starting operations in late 2022, the 120,000sqft, $15 million addition of much needed warehouse space to the Arnoff Logistics Campus has quickly filled. Just a few months in, a local tenant signed a multiyear lease to operate out of three-quarters of the new building.

Arnoff moved to the 40-acre site in Malta, in 2017 with an expansion and upgrade to fit their operations, formerly in Albany. This location in Saratoga County was chosen to provide Arnoff’s specialized services to businesses and families in the Capital Region and northern cities, with easy access to logistic hubs.

The investment this nearly 100-year-old company has made in Malta continues. Last month, Malta Planning Board approved construction for another 110,000sqft warehouse at the Logistics Campus.
