Long Distance from North to South, a new adventure for us and Arnoff and North American Van Lines played a big part in a smooth transition. From the initial estimating, Jeff Carle was patient, professional and took the time to explain the basics of moving. Debbie ensured that all paperwork was filed properly, dispersed to arnoff crating crews and driver. The driver and crew in both the loading and unloading locations were efficient, experienced and patient with our many questions. All furniture, boxes and yard things arrived undamaged and safely. The crews helped to place furniture and set up beds, to rest after a long week of moving. Arnoff and North American made a life changing event much less stressful and stayed in communication with us during the entire process!!!! Thanks to Jeff, Debbie, Diane, Driver Phil and crews for helping to make a dream come true!

We used Arnoff for a move from Stamford Ct to NYC as well as from Katonah to Cape Cod. We had two different teams who were excellent. They took great care in packing and ensuring that all items arrived in all locations safely and undamaged. Mike and his crew rocked our 16,700 lbs move. We have moved several times around the world and they were the most efficient team we have ever used (better than the South Koreans!) Arrival on time, great communications, and the team had a super attitude. We highly recommend!

I want to mention the great crew that helped me move on Wednesday: Robert, Ray, Maurice and Keith. As I said in my previous review they were great...so careful with all my stuff. Two boxes were really heavy...I apologized to Ray when he lifted them. I said don't hurt yourself and he was teasing me later that his back hurt! Robert was wonderful talking to my cat when I put him in the cat carrier. Robert has a cat and new just how to soothe mine. Maurice and Keith were in charge of loading the truck and did an amazing job making sure everything was secure for the road. The whole experience, beginning with David coming to my apartment for the estimate, to Denise scheduling and coordinating the logistics, to Robert, Ray, Maurice and Keith doing the actual move, was the most gratifying and stress-free move I've ever had. My thanks to them all for their help!

Just moved yesterday. The guys showed up at the exact scheduled time. They were so friendly and efficient. They blanketed and shrink wrapped all my furniture and we're extremely careful with everything. They were so much fun and we talked and joked as they worked. I worked with Denise in the office to schedule the move and she was so helpful and pleasant. She answered all my questions and was always available to speak with. The whole experience was wonderful. I will recommend Arnoff to everyone I know! Thank you again for a great experience!
