I was moving items from my friend's estate in the Albany area to my home on Cape Cod. It was a very stress time for me and I wasn't quite as prepared for moving day as I would've liked to have been. The moving crew, the service rep and the sales rep filled in for my deficiencies and ensured a successful move. It was a great relief and I'm very appreciative.

The moving experience went smoothly from the appointment with the sales rep to the actual moving date. The crew worked hard even in 90 degree temperatures. I had a special favor to move my great grandmothers Christmas cactus from the garage to the house. The crew very greciously moved the plant in a wagon into the house. Thank you Arnoff.

This was the most professional and seamless move I’ve ever had. Estimate was complete and fair, driver and his crew were organized, competent, and thorough. They went out of their way to make sure everything I needed was taken care of. While I hope not to move again any time soon, I will always plan on using Arnoff should the need arise as well recommend you to friends who move.

Stress-free moving experience
The Arnoff crew was friendly and professional during the entire move. No real issues to report without being nitpicky. You hear/read of bad stories when it comes to moving and we had nothing of the sort. The pre-moving process was much more stressful than the actual day of the move. Great job by Arnoff!

I moved 2 bedrooms worth of stuff across three states and only broke one wine glass (my fault, I packed myself). Arnoff's crew was courteous and helpful and got everything from one place to the other safely and efficiently.
Moving Made Easy
From start to finish, our experience with Arnoff was exceptional. David's estimate was the best we got (of three) and I really appreciated that it was a binding estimate so no shock at the end. We moved over 16,000 pounds, much of it books, so a lot of boxes, as well as a four bedroom house full of furniture. The movers on both ends were courteous, professional, and lightning fast - they loaded in 5 hours flat. We're pleased, relieved, and gratified that we used Arnoff for our move to Ct.
