Amazing Service!!!!
Phillip DeSantis gave us a clear understanding of what we were to expect and was quick to present us with an estimate. He answered all of our concerns and was responsive to last minute adjustments that we made. We were overly impressed by the customer service, the courtesy, the competency, and the efficiency of Denise Peterson. It was a very stressful time and she dealt with our move and changes in an empathetic manner, which took some pressure off of us. We were equally impressed with Robert and his crew {sorry I don’t recall their names}. They were amazingly efficient. We have never seen anyone work so hard. Each and every one is a true asset to Arnoff

I enjoyed working with Mike and his crew. They were Pros in both ends of the move. Everything arrived in good order.
Chaos controlled
Generally good, but while the packers were fast , they leave much to be desired. I found a broken rubber band wrapped and packed by itself in a box of office supplies. I don't think a comment is necessary.As to the rest of the move managed by the driver - excellent.
Moved out of NYC
It was fantastic! Much easier than I thought it would be. (#12-there were no uniforms! so I didn't know how to answer)
Move from Poughkeepsie to Stockbridge
Service was excellent throughout. Customer rep (Denise) was friendly, professional, and very responsive. Transport crew (Scott and gang) were well organized, efficient, and professional is all respects. They showed real ingenuity in getting our things into our Stockbridge house, which is quite old, with narrow passages and low ceilings.

Overall good with a few missteps
Excellent initial contact response from Patricia and sales rep Brian. Weak link in customer service coordinator with lack of communication. Movers were professional and hardworking however they left one box on the truck after unloading. We were contacted two days later, promised delivery of the box within a few days and it never happened. Had to call Arnoff back to resolve. Contents of box was not critical so not overly annoyed but follow up process needs improvement.

The process was fast and easy. The guys were helpful and made the experience so worth hiring movers.
