Arnoff did a fantastic job. There were no surprises and everything was done on schedule. My movers were very careful and patient. They helped me place awkward furniture. I would highly recommend Arnoff.
Moving two Safe's
I want to complement Arnoff on the recent move they provided for me. The crew arrived on time, had the right equipment and when they encountered the two safes bolted to the floor, they disconnected all the anchors and had the safes loaded very quickly. The crew was professional, friendly and worked very efficiently. In addition Doreen did an excellent job coordinating information between the crew and myself. I am very happy with the service provided, and I would recommend Arnoff to anyone.
Refrigerator Delivery
My refrigerator was delivered lying flat on its side, the box indicated that it should NOT be laid flat. It is still boxed; however, the warranty could be invalidated due to the state of delivery. Very unsatisfactory service as the driver would not approach the plowed road which is kept traversable for fire equipment as well as delivery trucks. UPS was in with their larger truck as we were accomplishing this task ourselves instead of your drivers
Exzcellent movers but no masking or COVID protocol
The movers did an excellent job but even when we were wearing masks and told we did not want to be near anyone unmasked. They still didn't mask up. Mike said he was vaccinated but that doesn't mean you can't asymptomatic COVID and spread it. Hats off to Kyree, Keith and Jacob - very careful and polite young men.
local move
WONDERFUL experience for me. The Arnoff staff , Brian and Doreen, were always available to guide me to estimating my items, to boxing questions and finalizing a date. Moving staff, Juan, Fido and Junior were experienced, hard-working, gentle, and were willing to adjust the placement of a furniture piece. They put together the bed, and even helped me to put on the sheets and blankets. These moving men treated me like their grandmother! My parents used Arnoff Movers, and I recommend this family company to anyone!
Smooth move
