Starting with mike Cavanaugh he sent the rep to give an estimate to see what we had and was prompt with estimate and explained everything on move date the crew o f three men led by Marty also Morris and Pete came to make the move the Weather was terrible pouring rain all day they took all precautions to protect our home and belongings also very hot they were great doing the move disassembled what needed then assembled at our destination a great job all around great company would highly recommend

Todd Stromberg and Denise Peterson, our relocation consultant and coordinator respectively, have been absolutely great in getting our (phase-1) stuff packed, shipped and delivered on time, and in responding to flurry our queries in timely manner during this summer of manic nationwide relocations! The movers also did their hard physical part in a good way and whatever inadvertent damage that occurred in transit is being promptly addressed by our coordinator. We therefore would surely recommend Arnoff M&S and North American Van Lines! :-) :-)
HORRIBLE SERVICE!
We ordered an $11,000 sofa a year ago. The first sofa was "destroyed" in transit. The replacement sofa arrived at the Poughkeepsie warehouse two weeks ago. Lou contacted us to say that it couldn't be delivered because it was "lost". He was rude and said not to call him because if he had to respond to everyone who called about lost shipments he wouldn't have time to get anything done. It's been two weeks and he refuses to respond to our inquiries. I"m thinking of suing.
Pathetic customer service
Horrible! Total disregard for customer. Partial delivery was made, lovely driver called Chris about the shortage and he said he’d look for missing table and call me back as this is for a second home and I made a 5 hour trip to receive delivery. I haven’t received a call and there are no humans working there that answer phones only voicemail. Will be contacting shipper to try and get a response.

Horrible!!!!
I wish I got the same people the othe people on her had. We had cabinets delivered from kraftmaid. The Pantry was busted up. The two movers wanted to leave the 40 boxes outside in the rain. 4 weeks later, they have lost the Pantry that was replaced by Kraftmaid. I would give this Company a negative number if I could.

Absolutely TERRIBLE. I bought 11 windows from home depot and Arnoff was supposed to deliver them. I got messaged on a Thursday to schedule a delivery date. Delivery number one was supposed to be the following Monday, canceled. They said they would get my windows to me the next day. My wife waited ALL DAY at the house and they never showed up or called. Wednesday i called them and left a message expressing my frustration but when they called me back, they said it would be another week for a delivery. Thursday i had enough and went to their location to pick them up and the man at the counter was VERY rude. As i was talking to him, he walked away and out of the room. I would NEVER recommend Arnoff to ANYONE.

Great movers. On time and courteous. The movers worked very fast. No problems at all. Will definitely recommend to others.
