Arnoff did a great job with everything - including a quick response on getting us a written estimate, and when moving our goods to two different locations nothing was damaged and everything was professionally done. The movers were respectful and courteous and went above and beyond to make sure everything was great. I would highly recommend using Arnoff if you need moving services.

Arnoff was supposed to deliver a sofa I ordered on Wayfair in March. I set up the delivery date for 5/6, a time when I would be home, but they came the day before. Even after I spoke to the gentleman to confirm twice that the notifications I received with the incorrect delivery date were to be “disregarded,” and my delivery was scheduled. After they came a day early, I called again.. was reassured it would be here on the 6th. What do ya know, it never came on the 6th nor was I notified it was not coming. Here we are on 5/24.. I STILL have no sofa.. was told 2 weeks ago, “we can’t find your sofa” When I asked why, I was told...”because our warehouse is the size 3 football fields.” Bad excuse. I call daily and have not received a phone-call back, update, email, even an apology for wasting so much of my time with this, NADA. I am beyond infuriated. I wouldn't have gotten rid of the my old sofa the day of my supposed delivery, to sit on the floor for almost 3 and a half weeks due to lazy employees with terrible work ethic and bad customer service skills. I have emailed corporate at Wayfair, and decided for the first time ever in my 34 years to leave a review, just to share my disappointment, and absolute disgust with this company. Don’t waste your time or money using Arnoff, or any business that uses Arnoff for Shipping.

Denise was lovely and helpful on the phone and set up pick up time for our storage in Millerton. Jerome in Millerton was waiting for us on time and could not have been or more helpful to us and our movers. Excellent all around.

We received a delivery from Wayfair of a 320lb vanity that needed to get to the second floor of our home. Arnoff was the delivery service. I worked with Sean over the phone, it took two tries but he and the four guys he sent were excellent to work with. They came and assessed the situation and 8 minutes later it was at the top of the stairs! Everyone was very professional. I highly recommend them.

very disappointed in service I was supposed to have a item delivered on Monday that has been in your possession since Tuesday. When I called on Thursday to get a updated delivery time frame the gentleman on the phone was rude said I would get a text on Friday . never got the text instead I got a email stating delivery has been rescheduled to Thursday without any reason what so ever. filed a complaint with BBB and the company that I bought the item from. Hopefully after reading reviews on google and BBB site my item whenever I do receive it wont be damaged. Or maybe I might get my order delivered on time which is Monday but i wont hold my breath.
